@pct87 like I said in my reply, modern SSDs have both faster reads and writes than hard drives . at one point in time SSDs were almost certainly slower (even in reading maybe) than HDDs for large reads or writes, but they have ALWAYS been faster for multiple small reads and writes. … I thought I knew the difference between the two after viewing this video, but I came upon a SATA Solid State Raid 0, what is this and how is it different from either SATA or SSD
